Based on VRWS most appreciated quality, that is High-Value Networking, and following positive and constructive feedback from both attendees and Sponsoring companies on the 1st ever, highly acclaimed ROUNDTABLES new format we introduced at VRWS2021 fostering attendees strong desire for in person interaction , we’re introducing a REVISED & IMPROVED ROUNDTABLES FORMAT.
ROUNDTABLES are 50 minute Help & Support Networking Sessions, facilitated by one Professional following a check-list format provided by us.
As Facilitator you will gain access to up to 10 Attendees per Session/per Table, so while helping them out addressing their needs (and not pitching your product) and making them work together, you may gain their likes to then network further and deepen relationships during breaks and time off.
ROUNDTABLES are a new, unprecedented chance to generate high-value prospects connections for your Company, that you can then strengthen at your booth during the Summit.
This year we’re doubling down on improvements for your company and introduce SPEED-DATING!
SPEED-DATING are 2 ’60 minute’ Sessions (one per day) where you seat at a ROUNDTABLE, pitch the solution you offer to your clients (PMS-Hosts) in 60″, then each Table Participant asks you one question, so you can interact with everyone for 9 further minutes. Each Table has up to 10 attendees for 10 minutes, so you speak to multiple prospects.
At minute 10 we ring a bell, you stay at your table, attendees change tables, so you get 9 new prospects, and the process repeats.
This is done 5 times in 60 Minutes, so you have the opportunity to interact with up to “x times” 45 interested attendees (per your company representative, depending on the Sponsorship tier chosen) who picked your table and company to know more, then you can continue the conversation at the booth during VRWS.

Vacation Rental World Summit is the most important independent educational event in the Vacation Rental industry, gathering top performing industry experts and acknowledged professionals to share their combined knowledge with fellow peers worldwide.
Born in 2014 to answer the growing demand from our industry base for effective education on how to get more bookings, streamline workflows and maximize rental income, VRWS has grown way beyond its most daring expectations. VRWS 2022 EDITION
2022 marks the 9th edition of the Vacation Rental World Summit.
To give VRWS and its attendees the perfect venue to combine quality networking, learning and value, we chose the impressive Alfandega Do Porto, one of Porto’s Landmarks, seat of prestigious events right by the Douro river bank, in a UNESCO World Heritage city center.
Held in Porto, Portugal on September 15th-16th, 2022, and open to up to 500 progressive industry professionals, VRWS will foster in person engagement like never before, thanks to an upgrade of its new highly acclaimed Round Table format and given the high demand for personal interaction we captured from our audience and community.
This way, we serve our mission to provide top notch in person education, networking and business opportunities among participants coming from all over Europe, the US and beyond.
What Is The Target Audience?
Industry professionals from throughout Europe and beyond are invited to register to participate in the educational event building industry collaboration. The event is expected to draw an attendance of up to 500 holiday rental professionals for two days of industry-specific education and networking.
Professional Property Managers with portfolios ranging from several thousand properties to half dozen worldwide, as well as Property Owners with a small inventory (1-5 properties) are the target audience of the Vacation Rental World Summit.

How Many People Will Attend?
