Booth set up will occur on October 7th, 2026.
For security reasons, Sponsor company staff may enter the building starting from 5:00 PM, once the setup crew has finished assembling the booths.
Alternatively, if they only need to install banners or roll-ups, booth staff may access the venue on October 8th from 8:00 AM.
Below you will find all the necessary information to organize your booth, manage logistics, and comply with the venue’s regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: All information and downloadable PDF are provided by the venue, i.e. the Congress Palace in Lyon.

Each sponsor will be provided with:

✔️ 1 rectangular table (approx. size: 140cm x 70cm x 75cm height)

Rigging & Signage
REQUESTS FOR RIGGING
Requests concerning the installation of suspended fixing systems must be sent to Exhibitor Service, and they will transfer to their design office.
Please note: The fitting of overhead fixing systems and the installation of suspended overhead equipment can only be carried out by authorised Lyon Convention Centre personnel.
In order to make your request, please complete the online form when you place your order or send them the “Request form for the installation of suspended fixing systems” (duly completed) and a technical plan.
After 07/09/2026, they will not be able to consider your request.
They reserve the right to refuse your request for overhead fixing systems, depending on the deadline and the availability of their teams.
SIGNAGE
The delivery of these services depend on the lead-times set by their printing provider; please respect these lead-times.
If a graphics file is sent after 22/09/2026, they cannot guarantee the delivery of the service.
Parcel Management
This service is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended for added convenience when visiting the Convention Center.
PARCELS DELIVERY
Exhibitors are responsible for the delivery of their parcels and equipment during the assembly period (see PDF Schedule p.2). The exhibitor must be present when deliveries are made on his/her booth or must be represented by a duly designated person. Convention Centre staff cannot take reception of parcels on behalf of exhibitors.
STORAGE OF EMPTY PACKAGING
For safety reasons, empty packaging may not be stored in the Convention Centre’s forum areas and delivery areas.
RETRIEVAL OF PARCELS
All materials, decorations and goods (parcels, brochures, etc.) must be dismantled and retrieved during the dismantling times (see PDF Schedule p.2).

Stand Layout Plan
The electrical junction box will be installed in accordance with your request, with a tolerance of 50cm.
If they do not receive a layout plan from you, the box will be placed at the back or in the corner of the stand.
Any request to move the box on the day of assembly (subject to feasibility) will be invoiced €150 excl. VAT.
