We at Vacation Rental World Summit want you to be completely happy with your ticket purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please contact support here.

As for our live event, Vacation Rental World Summit “Elite Edition”, we’ve put together this refund policy to put you at ease when registering, while guaranteeing the costs involved in organizing the event are paid for.

We’ll provide a refund of your registration fee, minus an administrative fee of € 50.00, until on or before August 12. Refund requests must contain the email address used to purchase the registration and your physical billing address, and must be submitted via the contact form available here.

Refund requests received after August 12 and on or before September 1st will receive a 50% refund, as long as the procedure outlined above is followed. Request for refunds received after September 1st cannot be provided.

Refunds are generally sent within four to six weeks after the conference has concluded. In the extremely unlikely event of an unavoidable cancellation of the event due to an Act of God or other intervening circumstance, no refunds will be issued. Existing registrations will be honored when the event is rescheduled.
